Hello. I'm Melissa Chalek, your mouse expert and travel concierge. I have been planning Disney vacations and assisting clients as a part of Ears of Experience since 2017, although I have been assisting friends and family with their vacations my entire adult life. Everyone who knows me is aware of my extensive knowledge of Disney® destinations and my passion for planning, and I love using my knowledge to ensure my clients have magical vacations!

Starting in 2023, I'm now offering my same level of exceptional service for worldwide travel, and I'm very excited to get out, explore, and share newfound knowledge with you! My knowledge of planning Disney® vacations stems from a lifetime of visiting the parks. I was seven when I made my first trip to Disneyland® Resort in California. Since then, I have visited Disneyland® Resort close to a dozen times and Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida nearly fifty times. My favorite parts of a Disney vacation are riding rides, taking behind-the-scenes tours, and experiencing the recreational activities at the various hotels. Most Disney® vacations are spent with my family, and I was very excited to introduce my husband to the parks in 2012! However, my number one Disney partner is my Dad. Outside of my business, I am an environmental planner, and previously, I was a zoo keeper. I love animals, so naturally Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park holds a special place in my heart. When I'm not working or planning vacations, I spend time with my husband Josh, two step-daughters Raicheal and Kyla, and my two cats Chiri and Icy. My cats share my love of the great outdoors, and my step-daughters share my love of Disney®. My husband and I are both lifelong Star Wars fans as well, and our girls have quickly caught the obsession. In life, I live and breathe Disney®. In my business, I use all that passion and knowledge to make sure you experience more, wait less, and have a magical vacation!
